Refund policy

We take product quality very seriously. This policy applies to all bulk orders and sample purchases from our factory.

1. No Return/Refund for Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom-made to your specifications (colors, logos, packaging). Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed quality defect caused by our production.

2. Quality Defect Handling

  • Notify us with clear photos/videos within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • We will inspect the issue and offer solutions: rework, replacement, partial refund, or discount on your next order.
  • Defective items must not be used or resold.

3. No "7 Days No Reason Return"

As a B2B manufacturer, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Over-ordering
  • Errors in customer-provided specifications (e.g., logo, color, size)

4. Sample Orders

Sample orders are non-refundable. We ensure samples match your specifications before mass production.
