Terms of service

By placing an order with our factory, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and our confirmation.
• A deposit is required to start production (usually 30–50% of the total amount). The balance is due before shipment.
• Prices are quoted in USD and do not include import duties, taxes, or shipping unless stated otherwise.

2. Intellectual Property

• Customers are responsible for ensuring any logos, designs, or branding provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• We do not resell or reproduce custom designs without the customer’s permission.

3. Production & Quality

• We will produce goods according to the specifications confirmed in the order.
• We conduct standard quality control before shipment.

4. Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, customs issues, etc.).
• Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods paid by the customer.

These terms are subject to change. Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
