1. Lead Time

• Standard production lead time: 30–45 working days after deposit confirmation.
• Rush orders: Available with 15–25 working days lead time (extra fee applies, subject to material availability).

2. Shipping Methods

• Sea Freight: The most cost-effective option for bulk orders. We ship to major ports worldwide (FOB Shenzhen/Shanghai/Ningbo). Transit time varies by destination.
• Air Freight: For urgent orders, door-to-door or airport-to-airport service is available. Transit time is faster but costs more.
• Express: For small samples or trial orders, we support DHL, FedEx, UPS door-to-door delivery.

3. Order MOQ & Shipment

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to each product line. Please check the product page or contact us for details.
• Consolidation service is available for mixed orders to save your shipping cost.

4. Important Notes

• All orders are shipped after full inspection and quality control.
• Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or force majeure. We will inform you in advance.
• Import duties and taxes in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
